Policy Specialist

Shantanu Roy is a Policy Specialist in the Renewables and Energy Efficiency team of the Energy and Power sector at CSTEP.

He completed his Master’s in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Institute of Engineering & Technology, CSJM University, Kanpur.

Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as DGM-Solar at Madhav Infra Projects Ltd, Vadodara, as  AGM -Solar Rooftop at Ujaas Energy Ltd, Indore, and as Manager at Reliance, Jamnagar.

His areas of interest include project management and renewable energy.
