Professor Raj Reddy holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University. He is the University Professor of Computer Science and Robotics, and Moza Bint Nasser Chair at the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. He was a co-chair of the President's Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC) from 1999 to 2001. He is also the chairman of International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. He received the ACM Turing Award in 1994.
At CSTEP, he is a member of the Technical Advisory Board.
