

As part of India’s submission of the BUR-4 (Fourth Biennial Update Report), BTR (Biennial Transparency Report), and the Fourth National Communication to the UNFCCC, a comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) process is being undertaken for the Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) chapter. This process ensures the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of data and methodologies used in compiling national greenhouse gas inventories and reporting sectoral emissions and removals from land-based activities.
