Vijaya Purnima Bandaru is a Senior Analyst in the Air Quality Modelling group at CSTEP.

She completed her master’s degree in atmospheric science from Andhra University and her bachelor’s degree in physical sciences from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Prior to joining CSTEP, she worked as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and as a Project Associate at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

Her areas of interest include climate modelling and atmospheric chemistry.
