Vidya S is a Senior Associate in the Adaptation and Risk Analysis team of the Climate, Environment and Sustainability sector at CSTEP.

She holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering.

Prior to joining CSTEP, she worked as a Research Associate with the Centre for Sustainable Technologies, and the Centre for Infrastructure, Sustainable Transportation, and Urban Planning at the Indian Institute of Science; and as an Environmental Engineer at Global Environmental Mining Ltd.

Her areas of interest include climate modelling, climate impact assessment and adaptation, and energy and environmental policies.
