Varsha Mini Veronica Jeyaseelan is a Senior Analyst in the Adaptation and Risk Analysis team at CSTEP.

She completed her master’s degree in urban management and development from the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and her bachelor’s degree in architecture from McGan’s Ooty School of Architecture.

Before her current role as a Senior Analyst, she worked as a Consultant at CSTEP. She previously worked as a Project Lead at Indian Habitat Forum (INHAF); a Researcher at C4D Urban Living Lab, Chennai; and a Research Assistant at the Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies.

Her areas of interest include urban resilience, climate adaptation, and climate justice, with a focus on urban vulnerability and equitable policy responses.
