Shilpa K is Assistant Manager, HR, at CSTEP.

She completed her MBA (specialisation in HR) from Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences, Bengaluru, and her BCA from Gulbarga University.

Prior to joining CSTEP, she worked as Assistant Manager (HR) at Datavail Infotech India Private Limited. She has also worked at Creative Mediapulse Technologies, Capricot Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and Rolling Rock Software.

Her areas of interest include HR analytics, HR digitalisation, and learning about new tools.
