Sankalp Mishra is a Consultant in the Technology Watch team at CSTEP.

He completed his master’s degree in public policy and sustainable development from TERI School of Advanced Studies and his bachelor’s degree (Hons) in international affairs from Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University.

Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as a Policy Research Trainee at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Govt of India (Policy Analytics & Insights Unit). He has also worked with the Ministry of Jal Shakti; National Mission for Clean Ganga; Emerson Centre of Excellence for Sustainability Studies; Public Policy Research Centre; and Centre for Middle East Studies, OP Jindal Global University.

His areas of interest include science and technology policy, technology sovereignty, science diplomacy, climate change, sustainable development, and international geopolitics.
