Raushan Sharan is an Analyst in the Energy Policy and Regulations team at CSTEP.
He completed his master’s degree in power systems management from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur and his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Government Engineering College West Champaran.
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as an Intern at Indian Railways and NBPDCL.
His areas of interest include power systems, energy policy and regulations, and electricity markets.
