Pushpa is an Admin Officer in the Communication and Policy Engagement team at CSTEP.

She completed her MLib (Library Science) from Government First Grade College for Women, University of Mysore, and her BCom from the University of Mysore.

Prior to her current role as an Admin Officer, she served as a Consultant at CSTEP. Before this, she worked as back-office staff at Fast Ark Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, and as a library trainee at Bangalore University.

Her areas of interest include library automation, records management, and archival support.
