Mallik EV is a Senior Associate in the Energy Policy and Regulations group at CSTEP.
He completed his Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as an Engineer Trainee at the Operation and Management unit at BESCOM.
His areas of interest include distribution system planning, regulatory issues and distribution reforms (AT&C loss reduction and commercial accountability).
