Kunal Jitendra Desale is an Analyst in the Energy Policy and Regulations team at CSTEP.
He completed his master’s degree in power systems from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and his bachelor’s degree in electrical from KIT’s College of Engineering Kolhapur.
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as an Intern at the Centre of Excellence in Complex and Non-linear Dynamical Systems (CoE-CNDS) at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai.
His areas of interest include renewable energy integration, green hydrogen systems, power system modelling and optimisation, and energy storage planning.
