Ablaz Mohammed Schemnad is a Consultant in the Communication and Policy Engagement team at CSTEP.

He completed his master’s degree in development studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Sciences Po Lille and his bachelor’s degree (honours) in economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.

Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as a Senior Associate at Sobriety Press and as a Research Associate at the Centre for Development Policy and Practice.

His areas of interest include science communication, public engagement, and policy writing.
