We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented professional to drive coordination with diverse stakeholders in the development of high-impact IT applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of IT application development, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build trust, influence decisions, and effectively align cross-functional stakeholders.
This role sits within the AI and Digital Platforms function, which leverages data and advanced digital technologies, including AI and machine learning, to deliver impactful solutions in clean energy, air quality, and climate action, contributing to building a secure, sustainable, and future-ready society.
Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements and translate them into features for digital applications and products
- Conduct quality checks to ensure applications meet functional and user requirements
- Engage with stakeholders, coordinate with partners, and drive alignment to achieve project outcomes
- Manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with development teams to deliver on commitments, and ensure a high standard of user satisfaction
- Provide technical support for product demonstrations, capacity-building workshops, and outreach activities
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer applications or a related field
Skill Set
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, development lifecycle, and digital technologies
- Ability to gather and analyse stakeholder requirements and translate them into application features
- Working knowledge of application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
