India’s rooftop solar sector is entering a new phase of growth, driven by ambitious national programmes, rising consumer awareness, and stronger institutional support for distributed renewable energy. As adoption scales, vendors play a critical role in ensuring quality installations, regulatory compliance, and stronger consumer trust.
To support this transition, Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL), in collaboration with the Center for Study of Science, Technology and Policy (CSTEP), is hosting a Capacity-Building Workshop for Rooftop Solar Vendors in Rajasthan.
This workshop offers an opportunity to gain clarity on DISCOM processes and compliance expectations, while learning practical installation and quality assurance approaches from sector experts. Participants will also gain insights into consumer expectations and strategies for strengthening customer engagement, alongside exploring digital tools that can help streamline rooftop solar sales and deployment workflows.
