Maryam Asad is an Intern in the Adaptation and Risk Analysis team at CSTEP.
She is pursuing her MSc in Environmental Studies (Conservation Practice) from Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE), Bengaluru. She completed her BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from Xavier University, Bhubaneswar.
Prior to joining CSTEP, she interned at several organisations, including the Foundation for Ecological Security, the Nature Conservation Foundation, the Indian Institute of Science, Qatar University, Qatar Steel, and the World Wildlife Fund.
Her areas of interest include climate change and wildlife conservation.
