Swati Dey is a Senior Associate in the Air Quality Policy and Outreach team at CSTEP.

She completed her Master of Arts in Media Governance from Jamia Millia Islamia; PG Diploma in Public Relations from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management; Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, Advertisement, and Journalism from Punjab Technical University; and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from IGNOU.

Before her current role as a Senior Associate, she worked as a Consultant at CSTEP. She is the Co-Founder of Lokshastra and has also worked as a consultant for the Delhi Government and as a journalist for multiple publications, such as CNN News18, The Tribune, and The Patriot.

Her areas of interest include sustainable development, circular economy, and social justice.
