As a full-stack web developer, you would be required to work in teams alongside other developers and take an active role in defining how an application looks and works. You should be able to build and translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code and optimise them for maximum efficiency and customer experience. You should also be able to develop APIs. Commitment to problem solving and ability to create quality products is essential.
Responsibilities
- Determine the structure and design web pages; develop, test, and maintain software applications using Angular.js and Spring Hibernate/ Node.js/ Python (Django).
- Create quality mock-ups and prototypes.
- Build reusable codes for future use.
- Achieve balance between functional and aesthetic design and optimise the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with web designers to improve usability.
- Ensure that web design is optimised for smartphones.
- Fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Write documents and guides that are functionally required.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Provide support to team-mates on various projects, as needed.
Skill Sets
- In-depth knowledge of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and API integration.
- Proficiency in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
- Proficiency in backend management, using Spring Hibernate, Node.js, and Python (Django).
- Working familiarity with RDBMS, such as PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work with version control in GitHub.
- Good understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Ability to apply best practices in design principles for UX (usability, reliability, and performance are essential).
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of working with unit-testing frameworks.

BE/BTech/MCA
Experience
3-5 years of web-development experience (from rapid prototyping to building production-ready application), applying key design principles.
