Mrinmoy Chakraborty is a Senior Associate in the atmospheric composition observations group at CSTEP.
He is pursuing his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. He completed his MTech in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and his BTech in Civil Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly West Bengal University of Technology).
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the School of Kinesiology, participating in various research projects related to indoor and outdoor air quality, as well as the measurement and modelling of climate-relevant pollutants.
His areas of interest include exploration of the interconnectedness of health and climate-relevant pollutants through measurement and modelling tools.
