Description
Akshar Thakkar is an intern in the climate change mitigation group at CSTEP.
He is pursuing his MBA in Sustainable Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow. He completed his BTech in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar.
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as a Senior Engineer at Shell and as a Drilling Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited.
His areas of interest include decarbonisation in hard-to-abate sectors, climate risk, and feasibility of renewable energy.
