The intern should be able to assist in the ongoing work and help in putting together training/capacity-building modules and sessions. She/he should be willing to work under guidance and deliver in a reasonable amount of time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the ongoing research and policy enrichment work.
  • Perform in-depth research, and plan and prepare training /capacity-building modules in different areas. 
  • Help in conducting training/capacity-building sessions.
  • Conceptualise new ideas and projects.

 

Qualifications

 

Postgraduate in Political Science, Environmental Sciences, Sustainable development, Engineering, Public Policy, Business Administration, or Environmental Economics.

 

Experience

 

Fresh postgraduates may apply.

 

 

Skill Set

 

The candidate should:

  • be good in reading and comprehending literature, and references and carrying out research;
  • have a strong passion and acumen towards cross-disciplinary research and should be able to adjust to changing work requirements;
  • be able to work on cross-sectoral / interdisciplinary assignments;
  • possess good comprehension, writing and communication skills;
  • be well-versed with MS Office and have good networking abilities;
  • be capable of working independently, with minimal supervision;
  • be able to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and be willing to work under pressure.

 

Location

 

Bengaluru (with the option to work remotely, as the job does not require in-person presence at the location)
