The GHG Platform – India is a collective civil-society initiative providing an independent estimation and analysis of India’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The platform currently hosts national estimates for GHG emissions from 2007–2012 during the first phase of the project. As a part of study CSTEP & CEEW are organising a workshop on January 24, 2017.

With an aim to address, both, the need and potential of Faecal Sludge Management (FSM), Environment Management and Policy Research Institute (EMPRI) and Center for Study of Science, Technology and Polcy (CSTEP) are jointly organising a workshop titled “Gaps in Sanitation: An FSM-centric view” on November 9, 2016 at Hotel Le Meridien, Bengaluru. The aim of this workshop is to highlight the sanitation situation, the need for FSM and associated information.
